Basic Bar Beverage

General Program Requirements
The host organization provides at no cost:
Meeting facilities to accommodate all attendees.
Audio-Visual equipment as needed
Appropriate microphone and speaker system (depending on room size).

Reimbursable expenses (in addition to the seminar fee) including but not limited to: meals (includes "mystery shopper", overnight accommodations, transportation, research and development costs plus production costs of audio/visual materials.

Secret Shopper
Secret Shopper reports are available for evaluations of on site restaurant operations. WaitersWorld provides a moment-by-moment narrative report from arrival to departure of the operation. The confidential report is packed with more details than a "check list" and provides analysis regarding significant strengths and weaknesses.
